Here is another spiritual law, the Law of Flexibility

This is from the book “The Life you were born to live” a book you can get for next to nothing…

As much as I struggle with reading so much English, perfect sentences, I recognize that I am probably the minority and people like reading stuff like that. I teach this law, I don’t call it law, and it is about five sentences when I teach it.

So maybe using other people’s words will make me a more effective teacher, and will be able to get through to you.

This law, the law of flexibility, is a combination of several distinctions:

you only have power when you are present.
you cannot be present if and when you resist anything
you can embrace that which wants to enslave you, and when you actually embrace it, you have all the power to take it anywhere (you can see it in marshal arts, or any fighting… by the way)
context is decisive. Create an empowering context and life will flow without any resistance.
happiness is accepting what is.

So, here you had my five sentences, and here are the many sentences of Dan Millman in the book “The life you were born to live”. Now you see why I don’t publish books… most books waste people’s life.

How to get a master’s degree in beingness? In attitude? In emotional intelligence?

A lot of people use famous quotes for guidance, and, if my observations are correct, those quotes increase your sense of inadequacy, your sense of doom about 90% of the time. And 10% of the time you don’t even need inspiring quotes, you are already inspired.

So, what do you do? You pretend how much you love it, how much difference it makes… while inside, the gap between your authentic self and the horizontal self is growing with every lie.

What is inspiration? A movie to inspire you to go beyond

Inspiration… inspired… inspirable…

What do these words mean?
The spirit within: inside-spirit
I measure how much the spirit is active within you… and how much, on the current vibrational level, the current integrity level, the current about-me level, the spirit can be aroused.

You cannot be more inspiring that you can be inspired.

The number one communication tool you have available, creating a vision in another person, about themselves, about a project, about the future.

When you can create a vision and communicate it to yourself or to another, all upsets disappear, and you have the amazing result: the person (you?) wants to do what is consistent with that vision… which is what you would want them to do.

Why and how the hit-bottom method works? And how you can alter the future with it…

In numerology, each number has a special meaning… and even the components of your final destiny number…

My main number is 7, my secondary number is 4.

I like 4. Four symbolizes a chimney: there is only one way to go: up.

Most numbers have sideways moves… and that is what most people do to avoid growing. To avoid what it takes, work, pain, telling the truth… avoiding these at all cost… even if the cost is everything and anything they ever wanted…

So as a coach, I have to take them to a magical turning point: I need to force them to hit bottom. If they let me… 😦

I had two workshops yesterday… And in the second, two of my participants volunteered to declare that they hit bottom.

Declare.

What was the magical ingredient? They got confronted with their numbers… What numbers? I’ll get to it… patience…

Any numbers that show how you are doing will be good.

I can measure a whole slew of numbers, by connecting to you, to Source, and muscle test while I am connected.

I can measure numbers about your health… any organ, any process, no problem.

I can measure your emotional state… in numbers.

I can measure if what you are saying is true, false, and whether you can tell the difference.

So in yesterday’s Playground session, I asked the participants to put something at stake… get conscious about why they are in the course, so they can start to consciously generate their participation… instead of hoping that what they do will produce the result they hope to get.

The majority of people live in hope, especially because they have no idea what to measure, how to measure it, and therefore they are not able to grow anything… whatever you cannot measure, you cannot improve it Lord Kelvin said that. Who was Lord Kelvin? Google it… he was a famous physicist.

So yesterday I got a dose of that: I muscle tested for people in the course what is the potential value they can get based on their participation… thus far.

The range of potential values went from one million dollars down to 60 thousand dollars. Same course, different level of participation.

The $60K people (two) got suddenly waken up to the fact that what they have been doing, how they have been being wasn’t working… And one of them declared hitting bottom, and a student with a $100K value also did.

What happens when you declare hitting bottom? You start a whole new life, that is what happens. You abandon the old way, and make room for a new way.

Now, there is a tricky part: if your word has no power, if your integrity is too low, your declaration is an expression of a wish… No true breaking with the past.

Your deserving factor, your earning factor… How much do you deserve? How much have you earned? Are you worth a damn?

The 67 steps… does doing the 67 steps make you deserving? And if yes, why and how?

I am listening to step 1 of the 67 steps again. The seventh time? Eighth time? I have lost track.

And as is usual for me, I am seeing something that Tai is not saying, and I kind of have been seeing, but not really. In the corner of my eyes.

The whole program, the 67 steps, is based on a few quotes: “but is he worth a damn?”
And the one by Charlie Munger: “In life, to get what you want you, need to deserve what you want.”
And the third: “there are only three types of people: people who make things happen, people who watch things happen, and people who ask: what the heck happened?”

Why do I feel lethargic? Listless…

Lethargic is a way of being where there is no energy to live, to move forward, and there is not even hope.

It feels like deflated, the life force that was there before disappeared.

Tiredness that doesn’t ease up with rest, a good night’s sleep, isn’t tiredness. It is probably lethargy, depression, or purposelessness.

Why meaning disappears… when the future to live for disappears.

How to pick an activator, aka a spiritual practice for the fastest raising of your vibration?

How to pick an activator, aka a spiritual practice for the fastest raising of your vibration?

This is an important question, that I have not answered publicly yet, so here you are…
What raises your vibration is the spiritual practice that you are being nudged to do by the activator, and not the activator itself.
Each activator works on a certain level of your consciousness.

I will use, again, the analogy of a high rise building to demonstrate how this works:

Most people, when they come to me, live, fully, in the basement of their being. Nowadays I have received requests from people that are, at least partially, on the ground floor.

Weeping looking back at the path — republished

I wrote this article in 2015. I am republishing it… because it is important to read now… given the next article I just wrote… It will make it easier to get.

Here I am this cool Saturday morning, weeping.

I observe. What is there? Pain, definitely. Sense of loss, yes. Sadness, no. Regret, no. Resentment, no.

I have had a hard life. The hardest part is the last 30 years. Maybe 33… Since I left Hungary.

In Hungary I had friends. I had people who would want me around, who would walk with me, who would vouch for me.

Time to reinvent yourself as someone you can love

You live in a world of your own design… Time to reinvent yourself as someone you can love

Your own design is like a filter you look through. You can’t see the filter, just like you don’t see the window unless you touch it…
A filter is like a pair of glasses…
A filter is also like a pair of glasses… They can be dark tinted, they can be yellow, green… and the world occurs differently with each pair of glasses. You can’t see that it’s the glasses that make the world look the way the world looks to you… unless you can take it off…

You can see only the ripples. The indication that there is something there…

It’s the ripples that we don’t like… we don’t like the things we do, the things we think, the things we feel. We want to change the ripples. But the ripples are the surface of the iceberg… hidden, invisible…
But you can’t change something that you don’t know. You can’t change something that you don’t see.
We all want to reinvent ourselves, our world. Because what we have now is not working too well, not serving us too well. We can’t have what we want, and we suffer.

How Cancer Thinks Like A Human

If you want to understand cancer…

If you want to understand cancer watch yourself and people you know. You will understand more about the condition than through any other “information” source.

If you think you should only watch other people, it only means you are worse than others…

What is the similarity between cancer and humans?

Cancer is not part of an organization, it doesn’t even know about the organization. It knows only about itself. Cancer doesn’t care about the big picture. Cancer is driven exclusively by its mind, which tells him that he is to reproduce itself exactly the same way as its parents: all new members of the “family” need to be exactly the same, no individuality, no variations, not deviation. The new ones need to have faith, be Jewish, Christina, Hindu, Mohammedan, or whatever the “parents” were, no alterations.

The new cells are trained that it’s a competition out there, and their loyalties need to lie with the family, right or wrong, loyalties are your number one concern. The survival of the “family.”
