Why is respect hard and rare?
Because respect includes the capacity and the willingness to look again, but this time look from a different vantage point, preferably from the point of view of the other person. Of the big picture, away from the wishful thinking, the inflated self-image, and your expectations.
I remember, that all my life, all I ever wanted is to be considered a person. In a world where people consider themselves things in the world of things, being treated, being looked at, being listened to as a person is so rare that I can remember every time it happened. Or every time I detect that energy in a book… I tear up.
And yet, everyone wants to be treated like a person, and everyone treats themselves and others like they are things.
One of the big prices we pay is with our money.
I had this conversation this past Sunday with a friend who is working on becoming a millionaire: he is at minus lots-of-money, lots of zeros right now.

If you ever decided that you wanted to live your life in a particular way, successful, joyful, productive, fulfilling, you would want to CHOOSE a world view, a world view that COULD create the perfect foundation for that type of life, the life of your choosing.
But you never decided… and you never chose. You have a worldview, or maybe a worldview has you…
World view is a particular interpretation of life, of creation, of power, of choice, of freedom. Of other people, of nature. Of what is important and what isn’t. Of what is agreed upon and what isn’t.
Depending on the world view, only certain actions and certain things can be present. It’s like a stage in a play: you can’t put there stuff that doesn’t belong. That doesn’t have a role… On the stage, if there is a gun there, you can be sure it will be used during the story. I read that somewhere about Chekhov’s plays…

The 67 steps… does doing the 67 steps make you deserving? And if yes, why and how?
I am listening to step 1 of the 67 steps again. The seventh time? Eighth time? I have lost track.
And as is usual for me, I am seeing something that Tai is not saying, and I kind of have been seeing, but not really. In the corner of my eyes.
The whole program, the 67 steps, is based on a few quotes: “but is he worth a damn?”
And the one by Charlie Munger: “In life, to get what you want you, need to deserve what you want.”
And the third: “there are only three types of people: people who make things happen, people who watch things happen, and people who ask: what the heck happened?”

If you want to understand cancer…
If you want to understand cancer watch yourself and people you know. You will understand more about the condition than through any other “information” source.
If you think you should only watch other people, it only means you are worse than others…
What is the similarity between cancer and humans?
Cancer is not part of an organization, it doesn’t even know about the organization. It knows only about itself. Cancer doesn’t care about the big picture. Cancer is driven exclusively by its mind, which tells him that he is to reproduce itself exactly the same way as its parents: all new members of the “family” need to be exactly the same, no individuality, no variations, not deviation. The new ones need to have faith, be Jewish, Christina, Hindu, Mohammedan, or whatever the “parents” were, no alterations.
The new cells are trained that it’s a competition out there, and their loyalties need to lie with the family, right or wrong, loyalties are your number one concern. The survival of the “family.”

Holographic learning: the only way to human being level
I am reading a book I don’t like. I was told by Source to read it… and I think I found the one sentence (so far) in the 700 page book that I needed to read. One sentence…
Reading, when it creates a world, a rich world to live in, to accomplish in, is holographic. Each book sharpens some area, fills in the missing or fuzzy details.
This one sentence has been that kind of a sentence. It was like a Flash of lightening.

I am reading the Metaskills book.
I am reading it for you and for me.
This book has given me a big insight… and ultimately a breakthrough, though we shall see…
OK, let me start at the beginning.
Most books are either easy or difficult to read. Why? I just found out.
This book, the Metaskills was alternating between easy to read and difficult to read.
At some point it felt like thick mud I needed to wade through.
Why? I had no idea how what he was talking about was connecting to what the book was supposedly about.
I am nearly certain that this happens to you often. The thought is “What does this have to do with the price of tea in China?” or some other dismissive thought.

OK… this is the continuation of the WWII article…
In that I talk about Hitler and look at what was the issue that caused him losing the war in Russia… So I am repeating what I said there…
Hitler: 10 capacities working. Enough to come to power. Enough to dupe millions and millions. But not enough to create and execute a winning strategy of war. Impatient, jumping around, making blunders. Also: he didn’t see the big picture… his greed blinded him.
Believing his own interpretation of things, he fires his decision making experts… and loses the war.
What capacity was missing? System, process, resilience, flexibility, and astute. And definitely missing the big picture.
Brings it down to human level, doesn’t it?
So what is a skill, what is a capacity, what is a talent?
And what is Life Force, what is desire, ambition, and greed?
These are the questions I have been pondering, muscle testing, and answering on my current level of knowledge next.
And the last question is: could we call these capacities life skills?

Superiority… The word comes up a lot in my coaching. Mostly in the context of your soul correction.
But in reality, some things are superior to other things… because all exists on many scales.
On the DNA capacities “scale” someone with 30 capacities is superior to someone who has 29, 20, 10, 7.
I haven’t found anyone superior with less than seven capacities, though I am sure there are.
So superior is not the issue. Acting superior is the issue.
It attacks people’s egos, the part of a human that makes sure the person survives. And as in any competition, it can get ugly. ((Ugly really appeals to the lowest common denominator. They are attracted to the low vibration, low capacity, brawn person… that is the problem in democracy: people who are low vibration, self-serving are elected by the low vibration, self-serving crowds. The same people who were so vocal answering my email with their imminent wisdom knowing what capacities mean, and such.))
People tend to cultivate the capacities that they consider an unfair advantage in the competition for survival.
In politics, it is mostly lying convincingly, trashing the other, promising, and such. In many areas that is physical strength.

Imagine having to find your way through a maze without seeing past the tiny circle a flashlight can illuminate?
“Luckily” you only have to look at your life. Your health, your money, your love life.
You ARE living your life, a veritable maze, by the light of a flashlight.
You read an article here… yay, I see may way. A sound bite there… yay, I see now… But it is still the tiny flashlight method: you don’t see the big picture, you don’t see your way to the good life.
Seeing the full picture, the big picture capacity, looking with consciousness that can see everything, is like turning the ceiling light on: you’d be seeing a lot more, wouldn’t you? Making less “narrow picture” mistakes…

Capacities… what does it mean? How do you know someone only has a few capacities active?
I was on a marketing webinar… actually it is still going on as I am writing this.
The presenters are two brothers in Ireland… genius as far as building a piece of software, morons in every other area that I can see.
One has nine, the other has ten capacities working.
So, in the brief duration of the webinar, what were the capacities that weren’t turned on and made it pure hell being on the webinar:
not having a sense of what they sound like
talking about a screen not aware that that is not what the attendees of the webinar see
building an offer that timed poorly, presented poorly, salesy…
Those are behaviors that are underlied by 10 capacities that they don’t have…
