I think it was Hippocrates who said: “Let food be thy medicine and medicine be thy food”
He didn’t know that what we call food in the 21st Century isn’t. That there are more chemicals in what we call food than in actual medicine. That we now have access to “food” that our body does not recognize as food… Plants and animals from far away lands, or designer plants and designer animals, that no other living creature recognizes as food.
Cows’, sheep’, even pigs’ body doesn’t recognize corn as food. It gets sick from it.
Same with genetically modified alfalfa, soy and soy bean, and beets.
If you looked before you say “food”, you would know that.
If you were interested in what really matters: you would know that.

Inner Peace is elusive, like health.
What do you call peace? The lack of war? What do you call health? Lack of illness?
Imagine that you are walking in a forest, on a footpath on a beautiful summer day. The birds are chirping. There is a slight breeze. There is peace. And you may know that animals are hunting, eating another, and yet there is peace.
It seems that peace is when you are OK with how it is, good, bad, ugly, you are OK. When a ball comes your way: you catch it. When a branch blocks your way, you bend it away. When there is a climb in the path, you climb. When a stone gets in your shoe, you shake it out. No resistance. Life is good.
If you can bring that OK-ness…

The biggest issues that I see students deal with are around the fear of taking a wrong step.
The underlying belief, the underlying assumption is that the soul’s path, your life’s work is a straight line and unless you are on that line, you are off.
This is a very debilitating belief. ((
It is a Christian bs… it places the knower outside of you, in some god, and it robs you of your experience of life as a god, as a human being… If I sound angry is because I am angry… lol)) It is perpetuated by the ego: the ego wants to minimize your investment, and maximize your gains, and it fancies itself to know what you should do.
In the case of life path, what’s next for you, etc. questions, it opts to no action, no change… after all the ego’s job is to keep you safe, and safe, when the ego looks, is mostly staying the safe. You have survived until that point, after all. The ego is interested in looking good and surviving.
The ego’s interest and the soul’s interest are diametrically opposed. The soul wants you to move, to take risks, to have a learning experience. But most importantly, the soul wants your life, your activities, your path to have a direction.

What is my experience with healing stones?
The question comes from the limited perspective of the human mind. In the physical existence we need to rely on our five senses, and inside the five senses, there is no sense that can tell if a stone or a crystal is doing something or not… or not quite. If we were sensitive enough, if we didn’t resist every “negative” feeling, we could feel the feeling vibrations of a stone, but most of us don’t.
Bach flowers, the energies in the Bach Flower Remedies or Bach Flower energies, have an energetic signature. It is much like music, recognizable, has a mood, a tempo, a timber to it. It evokes a feeling. A mood.
When you ingest the Bach Flower remedies, the feelings are matched. The feeling of the flower, the feeling of the Bach Flower energy. They are meeting your feelings, blocked feelings, resisted feelings head on and they effectively release the blockage.
The vibrational pattern, the vibrational signature of the organized, intentional energy of the Bach Flower Energy wins every time. It smoothes out the tangles wires, and you feel better.
Let’s follow this last analogy to see how this works with stones. Each stone has an energetic signature. When it is big enough and you put it next to your body, it will work two possible ways:

Vibrational Review: Dr. Oz and Dr. Mercola
I have never seen Dr. Oz but I am leery of TV doctors: just remember Dr. Phil…
Dr. Oz personal vibration: 200. His recommendations average at 195, slightly on the side of death…
Dr. Mercola: personal vibration: 250. His recommendations average at 250.
Why not higher?
