Get your water coherent. Simple 5 second check you can do each day to make sure your water is energising, especially when your area has storms and electricity fluctuations. Looking at the display.

Most dominant human emotion is frustration. Frustration makes you feel powerless. Where you point is the only place you have power.  Things are supposed to be the way they are. Club owners are supposed to be AH. Sewage suposed to smell like sewage, I am supposed to have pain when I have pain. My mother is the way she is. She is exactly the way she is supposed to be.  Powerless is an attitude, how you relate to it.Life is supposed to be the way it is. Dropping the ball – stupidity when incoherent.

040 – Coaching with Sophie

040- Coaching with Sophie. Listen to episode 039 first. Sophie is interested in you growing, giving you ALL the power. She figures out the disconnect that holds you back. In contrast, most coaches withhold power, so that you keep coming back.

Sophie is guided by the echo… if you have boring-not-boring, or fun-not-fun as an echo to everything, then you need to expand your accurate vocabulary. Not-fun is not real. (Explained in episode 039) If that is your pivot, then Sophie starts working on that, to expand your vocabulary, and her job is to make it a little bit flexible. Change comes from what you do.

There is a saying: You take yourself wherever you go. What are you bringing from the past into your present and future? The inner witness can see it and it is ruthless. Most people can’t see their own attitude, so need it pointed out to them  by a mentor, coach or in a workshop like the Playground.

Anything you see, comes with words already attached. They come together, like the front and back of your hand. There is an  emotional and maybe  intellectual content with the words.  Get curious – what part is reality and what part is the speaking (the already-attached words).

Feelings, emotions… if you could just feel better! How to increase your emotional intelligence?

We talk about feelings and emotions as if they were the same…

But they aren’t… And like with everything, on the current level of humanity we have a really hard time holding it together, and even hope for a life that is bearable.

But with knowledge can come power… and that is what I am offering in this article. ((I read some of Aristotle’s stuff. Honestly, I was just looking for his stuff on logic… reasoning, but what i found is his writing on the human body.

I had no idea, and had never given a thought about what people thought about how our bodies work thousands of years ago.

I was stunned. They thought the heart was the brain. That breathing was the soul… or the spirit… In Hungarian the words still reflect this level of truth value… less than 1%.

So suddenly it made sense to me how little we know, and how sure we are in our knowledge… wrongly.

The current level of knowledge, truth value, is 7%. Pitifully low. And we think we know everything. We live like we know everything. And the 7% is the level of scientists! Your level is still in the stone ages! yuk.))

Self-actualization, self-realization means: becoming the best you.

And the definition of good (according to Robert Hartman) is: that which fulfills completely its purpose.
One main area of life where we have been living in a dense fog is feelings.

How do you end up in the quadrant of Beauty, Truth, Goodness, or Power?

How? You choose it… and you choose it by your early life experience.

Of course, it is not what happens to you, but what you say about is, is what is your life experience. And it is influenced by your intangible capacities, even at that early age.

Let’s see an example or comparing two similar incidents, with two different choices.

Little boy wants to go left in the street, parents want to go home, which is straight… parents go straight, little boy is left on the corner.
Little girl goes too slow for mother’s taste, or maybe she is running late. But the mother decides to go ahead at her own pace, and leaves the little girl in the street.

Obviously both kids were picked up and taken home.

The boy said: there is no truth. I have no power. I have to manipulate them better… I will choose beauty.
The girl said: I am heavy, I am worthless… I choose goodness. I don’t need to be carried. I’ll go it alone if I must.

What do you want, really? or asked differently What do you really want?

The answer is in the values you choose to love…

I have been harping on values… and it is as if I were speaking in an auditorium where my voice doesn’t, can’t carry… there is no echo. ((My very first assignment as a newly minted architect was to create the acoustics for the rooms of the Academy of Music in Budapest. The requirements were: let the people in the room have good acoustics, while nothing to be heard outside of the room… tricky but can be done.))

Nothing and no one indicating that they are hearing me, that they are pondering, that the question is heard and taken on as a quest to answer, to ponder, to be taken with you to sleep, to your meditation, to your walks, so you eventually come up with something you value.
Don’t ask what the world needs. Ask what makes you come alive, and go do it. Because what the world needs is people who have come alive.

Community cannot for long feed on itself; it can only flourish with the coming of others from beyond, their unknown and undiscovered brothers.

During times of war, hatred becomes quite respectable even though it has to masquerade often under the guise of patriotism.

There are two kinds of values, temporary/transitory and eternal.

Every day works best if and when you have a context set in the first hour of the day. ((If you prefer the imprecise New Agey language of Esther Hicks, the original quote is here
Take the time to line up the Energy first, and action becomes inconsequential. If you don’t take the time to line up the Energy, if you don’t find the feeling place of what you’re looking for, not enough action in the world will make any difference.
She is trying to say the same thing. Trying.))

For most of you this is the same old, same old, because you put your attention to everything the same old way. I am not saying you should DO something different every morning, that is not what I am saying.

Doing different will not set the context, doing different will not change your beingness, doing different will not change what is the backdrop that all of life, everything that happens during that day, will happen.
Context, backdrop are beingness phenomena… They are like hunger.

Guru Category 1. The Hopeful Path: Naive, pliable, hopeful. Hoping that what you are doing is going to take you out of the misery: having feelings, and a constant battle inside between the aspects of a human being, each pulling in a different direction. You really really really want to be enlightened! Really… lol. But you know you aren’t.

There is shame and guilt and sadness in your emotions, and often anguish: the fear of being caught.Ultimately you “do” this spirituality stuff to get away from being human.You fail. There is no escape… you are human, with all that comes with that territory.

Are you trying to use what you know to be well, healthy, vital, vibrant, and intelligent?

isf_bottles_v3When you are trying to use your mind to be well, healthy, vital, vibrant, and smart

Your mind is good for mind stuff… but being well, being healthy, being vital, being vibrant, and even being smart are intrinsic values, and the mind cannot wrap itself around it: they are above mind.

Mind is concerned with what mind is concerned with, and it is never the whole; it’s the pieces, it’s the spot cleaning.

Mind thinks that if it put together the parts it can see are needed, the parts would create health, vitality, etc… but the mind, the mechanistic systemic organ is sorely mistaken. In the paradigm of the mind two plus two makes four… same level where you started: parts. No life.

Life is an intrinsic value… impenetrable by the mind.
