I can’t handle it

I can’t handle it

Yesterday in the growth workshop I decided to look at my relationship to money. I have been trying to crack this tough nut for many years: in every business I have had everyone said I was sitting on a big mountain of money… but not actualizing much of it. 😦

So I set out to work on money… Asking: how come I don’t make as much money as I could… with what I have…

Of course I am the course leader, so I don’t have time to deal with my own sh-it, but now it is on the sheet… documented, and the table.

After the webinar I did some busy work, watched some old private eye show… went to bed, and fell asleep. I didn’t even want to do the healing work I was supposed to do… it seemed every fiber of my being wanted to not be conscious… sleep, blessed sleep.

At 2 am I woke up to feverish activity in the mind… it was so feverish and so insistent, I couldn’t go back to sleep, so I got up, got dressed. I made a cup of tea, sat down, and pondered.

I could hear a faint voice in my head, no, in my body: I can’t handle it.
Anything you do, anything you feel, all behavior, all emotions come from some words. Hearing the words is the key to get the actions conscious, to get the behavior conscious.
The voice I heard, ‘I can’t handle it’ explains almost everything in my life.

When who you are ‘I can’t handle it’, the way you avoid having to handle it is to avoid doing it altogether. I have been avoiding writing ‘real’ sales letters,… the way you make real money. No sales letter = no real money, or just a little bit. Alms.

Why not just do it? It is hard, and it needs my weakest capacity… as a dyslexic person I have a wicked hard time to organize stuff, put them in order, have a sequence. And that, a sequence is the heart of a sales letter.

I have a hard time seeing what to say when… But hard time doesn’t mean I can’t…

I can, probably, although I haven’t even tried in years.
I have been avoiding the unpleasant feeling about myself, the feeling that I am somehow defective.
Here it is… the tears are starting.

Yeah… the unpleasantness from the world is much easier to handle than the unpleasantness of facing the inner tiger, the idea that somehow you are not perfect, that you are somehow defective.
This was an insight. Insights are a dime a dozen.
Now, having an insight is fine and dandy… but it will make no difference unless I create a breakthrough form it first, and a new habit next.

In the workshop everyone I said that embracing how you are is the key to being able to have the rest of life to be different. Whether it is in relationships or in results; it is immaterial: if you can embrace the imperfection then you can go beyond.
So embracing says that I should be the way I am… exactly the way I am…
…and start there… dyslexic, afraid of complexity, afraid of structuring pieces… Good. That is the way I am… and I should be that way, because that is how I am.
Now what

More about flexibility…

Sometimes people get an idea of activating a capacity that is so alien to their culture, it takes a good 5-10 minutes for the history channel, the ancestors backwards, to build.

No one in your ancestry possessed that capacity… so it has been non-existent for you even culturally.

It is so unfamiliar that ego doesn’t even know to protest. It is like a way of being that is totally unfamiliar… you can’t see other than special people, like kung fu fighters, or shaolin monks to demonstrate it. And, of course, Aikido. I have a book, Aikido in everyday life… illustrates how this principle looks in real life… brilliant.

Flexibility is also the capacity to be able to keep your balance even though the world is pushing you hither and thither…

Are you flexible?

Your world view is hidden from your view, hidden from your awareness.

And it is, of course. World view is how the world IS for you, not how it seems.

If you have a fixed world view, than all the King’s Horses and All the King’s Men Could Not Put a new world view for you… unless you are willing to become flexible.
Cognitive flexibility has been more broadly described as the ability to adjust one’s thinking from old situations to new situations as well as the ability to overcome responses or thinking that have become habitual and adapt to new situations.

Kinesiology – one way the 99% manifest

After you accept that there is an invisible 99% that is where all the answers are, even, and especially the ones you never think to ask… then what?

If you could never get “in touch” with the 99%, then you would still be left to your own devices.

The Law of Cause and Effect could be a great way to be guided, but, unfortunately, to preserve your free will, the cause (what you do) and the effect (what you get) are separated by time. Then they are scrambled.

You help someone, without ego. Brownie point for you. Next thing you know, you are hit with a negative effect. What gives?

You do something purely from ego… next thing you know, you get a raise… or some other positive effect.
You are confused. But time and the scrambling IS confusing.

Is there a way one could ask the 99% for advice?

The 4 stumbling blocks to Intelligence… the empath’s view

Intelligence is what makes you able to

navigate the treacherous world of humans,
see things for what they are, be able to
compare things even if they aren’t in front of you, and
find what is more primary and what is secondary so you can do things in order, and lastly accomplish things.

If we look at it with our strait and narrow method, where intelligence is that narrow body of water separating two lands, then any spot we find on land isn’t intelligence, and any spot we find in water is. ((
–I am an empath…

–I am an architect…

–I am an independent thinker…

–I am a business woman and

–I am a musician.

All of these are fueled, or made possible by intelligence. The kind of intelligence that you need, no matter what you want to do with your life.

But the most important part of intelligence: knowing what is the order of things is my weakest… even though without that intelligence, without that capacity fully functional, nearly all I do is spinning my wheels. I have been working on that capacity to open fully for the past 10 years… Now it’s 90% open… Those 10 percents are missing for me to be fully intelligent.))

Intelligence ((Definition of intelligence

1 a (1) : the ability to learn or understand or to deal with new or trying situations : reason; also : the skilled use of reason
(2) : the ability to apply knowledge to manipulate one’s environment or to think abstractly as measured by objective criteria (such as tests)

b Christian Science : the basic eternal quality of divine Mind
c : mental acuteness : shrewdness )) is a number. Numbers are easy to see, easy to compare. I am not talking about IQ, who knows what “they” are measuring… What I am measuring is the full use of your brain and body to live the good life, health, wealth, love and fulfillment.

The number shows to what degree you can create and live the good life for yourself. And this article will attempt to point to the missing at the root level… so you can start there, instead of where all those books and articles out there tell you to start. So you can succeed.

Here are the four linchpins that unless they are present, your intelligence is lacking… and you won’t live the good life.
