Why is a dog happy and you are not?

I bet the title of previous article, “Are you a taker” got instantly translated in your head to “Are you bad?”

What you don’t know is that if you are not allowed to take, you won’t be allowed to give… the ultimate stingy… If you are not allowed to live according to your nature, you will do cartwheels to avoid it… even if and even when your nature would take you where you want to go.

There is a major difference between you and your dog. Your dog is happy, and you are not.

It is worth looking into that, because all the psychology articles, all the books, and all the therapy sessions will be un-needed once you get what it is about you that makes you unhappy.

All you can do is all you can do, but all you can do is enough… but what if you are not doing what you can do?

I have been curious why certain things I could do, like certain marketing moves, but I am not doing them.

Actually, there are quite a few things that I know I can do, and I don’t do them.

What’s there is fear. Mortal fear.

I am sure you recognize yourself. Recognize that mortal fear. In ordinary language we call this procrastination. So if you are a procrastinator, if you think you are a procrastinator, listen up!

In this article, I’ll attempt to see more about what’s going on, so maybe we end up with a distinction… a distinction that hands the power back to us, so the fear will let us do the things we see we could do, so we can become all we can be.

Limiting beliefs… what should you do about them?

Limiting beliefs… can you zap them like Christie Marie Sheldon pretends to do? Does listening to some guru, watching some Mind Valley video help you chuck them, change them, or eliminate them?
The answer is no. You can’t eliminate limiting beliefs, and they can’t eliminate limiting beliefs either.
Limiting beliefs will not go anywhere. You have to find another way to win: stop listening to them.

I have limiting beliefs, but you would not know from my actions. I don’t consider my mind chatter significant. I only listen to advisors that I hired… I never hired my mind chatter.

Vibrational Review: 5 stages of Consciousness Evolution by Vishen Lakhiani

Vishen Lakhiani is the owner of MindValley… a huge company promoting gurus and their programs.

The original article was to promote his webinar workshop on becoming limitless, on October 13. The webinar’s job is to promote their continuity, i.e. subscription to the $29 a month Mindvalley Academy.

Because so many people are interested in becoming limitless, or at least happier, I am going to review the article… I can’t review the webinar, or something I haven’t happened… but I can look at the person and his work any time, and make bold assertions to their results.

One thing that will clue me in is the truthfulness of this article… or the lack of truthfulness. I don’t mean honesty, by the way. I mean: are the principles valid? Do  the methods produce the results he claims they produce? Is the thinking correct?

This may take me days… I just hope I won’t miss the deadline.

So, here is the article by Vishen Lakhiani:

Review: Natalie Ledwell and Mind-Movies: does it work? is it worth buying it?

Before I start talking about the subject matter, Natalie Ledwell and Mind-Movies, let me quickly teach you something: The internet is populated, 90%, with material that is designed to make money for the person or company that published it.

If you could make money recommending the Mind Movies: would you lie? Would you say it’s the best thing that happened to you? Of course you would. But it would be still a lie…

So, as I was looking for honest reviews of Natalie Ledwell and her product, Mind-Movies, I didn’t find any.

So, let this be the first honest review.

How many shades of gray can you tell apart? Is Mary Morrissey’s teaching is true?

shades-of-whiteThe tribes that live near the North Pole have lots of words for snow. Syracuse people have one: snooow… that is pronounced with a guttural growl.

Tailors of suits can tell the type of black fabric they are looking at, though, for most people black is black.

A Sherlock Holmes can tell, from a little bit of ash, what kind of cigarette a person smoked.

But us, mere unconscious mortals, have a difficult time telling things apart, telling hype from helpful suggestion, truth from fantasy, belief from fact.

I got an email today from a one-time teacher of mine, so I checked out Mary Morrissey (personal vibration: 200, truth value of her teaching: 250… that is to say 7% is true, 93% is made up, b.s., misleading, misinformation, crap)

I watched three videos, almost two hours total.

The “Empath” Gravy Train

Can-Empathy-Be-Learned-One-To-Consider-For-Staff-TrainingFirst off: what is an empath, what is empathy?

Empathy is innate to humans… it gets killed, mostly, in childhood… but it is still there, dormant. Empathy, like caring, seems to be a threat to most humans, it seems that to care, or feel another’s pain robs you of your power to take care of yourself first. It is a DS suggestion, it’s not true. Even feeling caring or empathy, the choice of action is yours…

An empath is someone who can direct their attention and feel someone’s feeling, physical or emotional, accurately, at will. It is rare, and most empaths are unconscious, unaware that they are feeling someone else’s feelings. I don’t know any other conscious and highly evolved empaths, and muscle test says there isn’t any other alive at this point in time, it’s just me.

Healing/Transformational Modality: Bach Flower Remedies Updated, introducing Bach Energies

Bach Flower Remedies, bach flower therapy, list of all the essences

Summary: New Healing Modality, the turning of subtle energies of plants into downloadable, infusable energies is a new modality. The 40 energies of the Heaven on Earth, the 40 Bach Energies don’t interfere with each other, unlike their original, the Bach Flower Remedies, where if you included more than 8 remedies in a mix, your results started to diminish.

The original of this article was published in December, 2011… and this is the third revision to date

Since I first published this article, a lot happened, so let me update you: I got tired of preparing individual Bach Remedies for people. Especially because the muscle test showed that each person needed way more of the individual flowers than the eight Dr. Bach limits a mix.

And I also got emotionally tired of having to feel all those negative emotions of people for sometimes as long as 20 minutes… So I asked Source is the remedies can be duplicated energetically. That was the beginning of a new era in energy medicine.

Are you on the right track… integrity… compass… conscience. Is there such a thing as a path?

right-path-2The biggest issues that I see students deal with are around the fear of taking a wrong step.

The underlying belief, the underlying assumption is that the soul’s path, your life’s work is a straight line and unless you are on that line, you are off.

This is a very debilitating belief. ((show-me-the-right-path-image

Walking in the right pathIt is a Christian bs… it places the knower outside of you, in some god, and it robs you of your experience of life as a god, as a human being… If I sound angry is because I am angry… lol)) It is perpetuated by the ego: the ego wants to minimize your investment, and maximize your gains, and it fancies itself to know what you should do.

In the case of life path, what’s next for you, etc. questions, it opts to no action, no change… after all the ego’s job is to keep you safe, and safe, when the ego looks, is mostly staying the safe. You have survived until that point, after all. The ego is interested in looking good and surviving.

The ego’s interest and the soul’s interest are diametrically opposed. The soul wants you to move, to take risks, to have a learning experience. But most importantly, the soul wants your life, your activities, your path to have a direction.

Stuff I want you to see: The Guru Myth, Its Destructive Power and A Cure.

Sophie’s notes: I do not necessarily agree with a lot what’s written in this article, yet it’s a good piece of writing, and I want you to read it.

I will add some notes when I have time… And some vibrational measurements of the people he mentions… Patience, it’s coming.

The Guru Myth, Its Destructive Power and A Cure. {Now w/Videos!}

The Word and The Myth.

The word “guru” has taken on a life of its own in Western pop culture. The media and advertising talk about “stock gurus,” “marketing gurus,” sports gurus” and on and on – the characterization being someone who has a particular insight into their chosen field and is trusted by others as being able to solve certain problems or provide a highly effective strategy on how to be successful.

We know of course that the word originates in India and simply means “teacher.” In India one’s schoolteacher, dance instructor, parent – really anyone in an authoritative or instructive role might be considered your guru in their particular domain.

But when the word is used in a spiritual context it has a very specific meaning and is located within a very particular Hindu belief system. A guru in this sense is a cut above ordinary human beings. What distinguishes the guru from us mere mortals is that they are “enlightened” or “self-realized.”

Basically the claim is that there are certain very special people who have crossed a very specific threshold in their spiritual awareness – and they know the ultimate truth about the nature of reality.
