What is up with the ever growing number of sales videos pushing Leptin resistance supplements?
Leptin is sometimes called the satiety hormone.
First guestion to Source: is leptin resistance real? yes, says Source. It is.
Source says that people who never diet, have never dieted, don’t get fat.
The next question: even if they eat the same food that makes us fat? the answer was ‘no’. If they eat the same food as dieters eat, everybody gets fat.

One of the sins humanity is perpetrating and has been maybe forever is hurry.
Hurry puts you out of sync, out of harmony with Life. Hurry means you want something faster than it is.
While some things can be done faster without a price. You can run faster, but if your heart goes faster too, you’ll drop dead. You can throw a ball faster. You can make an engine faster. But most things move at the speed of the thing, and making them faster will have a price higher than the thing you want.
T Harv Eker, famed money man says that crap rains on you at the speed of crap… That was one of the most memorable moments of The Millionaire Mind Intensive I had the fortune to participate in back in maybe 2009? in Brooklyn, NY. Crap comes faster than good stuff… a lot faster. It takes a long time to build something and a moment to lose it.
Everything has its natural, innate speed, and if you want to make it faster, you have to pay the piper.

Occasionally I check in with google to see what brings people to my site.
It’s still the two main topics: ‘your eating style’ and ‘the vibration of money’.
I’ve been busy with checking people’s water energizer setup, trying to guide them to success, sustainable success, so once they are beyond the ‘work’ phase, they can just invest a little bit of work to remain hydrated.
I read somewhere Edison quipping: Opportunity is missed by most people because it is dressed in overalls and looks like work
Almost all your questions are about avoiding work.

I measure a ton of starting point measurements. People ask for their starting point measurements because they are experiencing something they don’t want. Lack of energy, lack of aliveness, lack of inspiration…
And when they ask a question, they want to know how they can raise their vibration… Truth be told, vibration could be said as ‘the energy you have to live a life you love and live powerfully’ and low vibration may mean: not enough energy to love life, love yourself, live a fulfilling life.
In this article I map out all the known energy leaks that render you stuck, render you unable to grow as a person. Render you living a life that is not as fulfilling as you know it could be for you.
1. Call hydration, your mitochondria
The higher your cell hydration, the more you know that you are thirsty, that you are drying out.
The higher your integrity number the more ‘sensitive’ you are to your out-of-integrity… lack of integrity, your violation of your own integrity.
Several other areas of life you’ll find a similar, seemingly incongruent, reverse relationship between phenomena:
The more you know the more you know how little you know.
The smarter you are the more you know how not smart you are
Of course this is true in the reverse:
the less you know the less you know how little you know.
The dumber you are the more brilliant you fancy yourself
I have just finished a three book series, Rewinders by Brett Battles (I devour every book he publishes but this series is my favorite, very thought provoking) where there is time travel and there are three different timelines… historical timelines…

When you suggest that someone should grow, it is obvious to me that they have no idea what it means, or how to grow, or what it feels like.
The reason I measure someone’s accurate vocabulary is to see to what degree words mean for them what they actually mean, to what degree they have an actual experience about the meaning of words.
Growth is a word like that, a word that unless you have experienced its meaning, you have no idea what it means.
You’ll experience many words vicariously… meaning through another person. Through literature. Through looking for that phenomenon, like when you are making a collage.
One of my students has raised her vibration 80 points by creating elaborate collages boring deeply into words and their meanings. She now has 10 words where her clarity went from 1% to 30%.
The average clarity of politicians and spiritual teachers, virtue signalers is 7%, with the highest 10% and the lowest 1% clarity of what they are talking about, using words they have no clue about, have had no experience of being.

It’s not how fast you are, but how fast you get there…
Our culture is obsessed with fast. Instant. Effortless.
Fast thinkers are put on pedestal.
But, between you and me, anything that is built fast will come down fast.
The faster someone is, the less they perform in my programs, for example.
Fast is from the left brain.
There are people who seem fast… but the truth is: it took them a long long time, countess days, hours, weeks, months, to build a large enough foundation from which, they can, seemingly produce lightening fast products, books, results.

I have been in deep thought since yesterday…
This article can become a watershed… when you’ll say: before I learned that… and after I learned that… What? Read the article.

A lot of people use famous quotes for guidance, and, if my observations are correct, those quotes increase your sense of inadequacy, your sense of doom about 90% of the time. And 10% of the time you don’t even need inspiring quotes, you are already inspired.
So, what do you do? You pretend how much you love it, how much difference it makes… while inside, the gap between your authentic self and the horizontal self is growing with every lie.

Yesterday I had a session of the Playground.
The Playground has been my favorite program where I attempted to take people from wherever they were to Heaven’s gate… and maybe beyond.
It’s main principle is that you made up stuff at an early in life incident, stuff about yourself, about people, about life, about what you need… and what you didn’t get.
You called that wrong… and you have been trying to fix it all your life. So your life is still about that thing. That injustice, that unfairness, that thing that happened to you, that was done to you, that was wrong.
So this last Playground has been going on for almost two years.

I have been getting, on average, one collage a day from my collaging student, who is using collaging to keep her The Sight capacity open, and she is succeeding famously.
She has been becoming intensely curious of the structure of the Universe that can be demonstrated in mathematics, in geometry, on faces, on famous paintings, sculptures.
At the same time I am re-reading a book I read years ago about 92 laws of nature (Richard Koch: The 80/20 Principle and 92 Other Powerful Laws of Nature: The Science of Success) that re-animated my fascination with how things work.
Now, so far, so what? Right?
But here is the next thing that happened that was an “of course” for me, but will be a surprise to you: my Freecell game, the way I play it suddenly changed.
I have been seeing patterns, but it’s been nothing compared to how I see patterns, repeating patterns after I have been imbibing on these collages and on this book.
