I just read an excerpt of Mark Manson’s (vibration: 260) book, about the path to growing… The art of not giving a f*ck
Even the brief is worth reading…
Some people write better than me. Some people find solutions faster than me. Some people can teach ME things… Baah, right?
What Manson says is the essence of the Michelangelo Method of growing.
You remove everything that doesn’t work, everything that is not you, everything that doesn’t support you in living life you love and living it powerfully.
But the sticky part of this process is telling the truth about having been wrong.

I woke up disgruntled… (=angry, dissatisfied) almost ready to go into devastation (which is my “home page”) but it all changed as I sat down and began to write. What was going to be a rant, became a celebration.
I guess I am not stuck with, neither am invested in, nor am I resisting being someone who rants when I feel beaten, or slighted, or hurt…Most of my students either are invested (i.e. known for) or resist being angry… i.e. stuck with being angry.

I have two recordable calls every Sunday. Recordable means: I can or could sell it for at least a hundred bucks… because in the right hands they are worth ten times more than that.
In the right hands.
There are few who have the right hands.
I like to work with people who can get, who will get, at least as much value as much money I charge, but I’d love to work with people who could and would get the full value… ten times more.
Keep on dreaming, Sophie, and I do.
I totally overextend myself every Friday/Saturday and Sunday, so on Mondays I am literally spent. This Monday wasn’t an exception…

Growth feels good… People who grow experience being fully in life, in a dance with life…
Growth feels good… and yet, most of the people I know are either stagnating because they don’t put themselves in a situation where they need to grow, or they put themselves in the courses and seminars and coaching programs to grow, but they don’t grow because …
Well, what comes after that “because” is what this article is about.
I participated in Landmark Education for 26 years, and went from seminar to seminar, from course to course, from training program to training program. Without any break, without any time given myself to even know what the heck I learned.
In any 3-year period I did 20 programs, including seminars, coaching programs, coaching in programs, courses… In another 3-year period I did only 3. What happened?
Good question. I grew.

I don’t remember why, but I signed up to Simpleology, Mark Joyner’s program.
He created a new comic strip, the everyman’s superpower, and, of course, sold it with the same thing he advocates in the comic strip: desire.
Desire, what YOU know as desire, is a lower self vibration, fueled by greed, sexual energy, hunger, anger, vengeance, jealousy, anger… not something you want a lot of.
And even though it is a strong energy, and it may take you to success in some areas, it is destructive of who you are as a person, who you are as a higher consciousness specimen of the species.
I should already be used to it!
“Source”, or whatever it is I am talking to all day, is steering me to do work I didn’t intend to do: experience, test, fall flat on my face, half-kill myself or my business or my relationships.
OK, here is the havoc I have wreaked as a result of this “steering”…

This article was removed from Medium.com… I guess it offended a “star” there…
The person whose articles inspired this one has 10 active predatory genes…
In my next article, the one I am working on, I’ll ponder about that high number… As I just did, in my Sunday call with an old friend who is like the perfect mirror to me…
I don’t publish those calls for general consumption: they are a tad gossipy, I talk about people there… but select subscribers can get it… $15 a pop… and worth it, if you are are willing to change your mind… Most never will. You can email me for a link… and I’ll decide if I want you to have it or not.
Mental Models: relate to and solve problems with different, fundamentally different perspectives of reality

The full title of the Playground course is: Playground: it’s never too late to have a happy childhood.
Why is that significant? And what the heck does that even mean?
The past is the past, and you cannot change it, they say, but if you look in history books, you’ll see that the past does change… depending on the point of view of the historian…
Reality is collective hunch at best… but the visible, perceivable, three-dimensional reality looks different depending on the vantage point… depending on the context… depending on what criteria you examine it by.
In the Playground we re-write your history. We rewrite who you are, historically, who you are for yourself, who you are for others…

Most people have one or two tools in their tool box… And what is even stranger: they don’t want any more. Why?
Some of you cannot deal with complexity, and therefore you will deny your right to feel feelings. And some of you will indulge your feelings and never look, never ask any probing questions that could let you see what is really going on…
What am I talking about?
In the Playground program, always starting new groups, we attempt to bring clarity to life, we attempt to reclaim our power over our lives by separating what life seems to be, what seems to be happening in many different ways. One of these is having a “reality” side, everything a Martian could see or detect, and another that is all words.

Mental Models: relate to and solve problems with different, fundamentally different views (perspectives) of reality
It doesn’t take high IQ… it takes the ability (spiritual/mental capacities need to be activated in your DNA through application) to look at things in different ways.
You have an innate, most likely emotions-based mental model, where you judge things by how you feel about them or the person who recommends/sells them.
What clues you in that you are using a mental model is the word: know/don’t know
And that is, of course, all the time.
Some mental models are more useful than others, but all of them are imprecise. Why? Because “reality is collective hunch… at best.”

Whoever thought that the well-meaning positive thinking will become a prison and a sentence to a ‘no joy life’ for most who become a “practitioner” of it, about 80% of humanity at this time.
Whether you know it or not, your powers of comprehension depend on your powers of distinguishing.
In the old est training, the trainers came to the room on the first day blasting: “for you Everything is the same as everything else … except not always” and they were as accurate as accurate they would be today: you can’t tell your ass from your elbow.
This is true for everybody, including yours truly… the difference is only in degrees. No one is exempt from it.
The capacity to see differences clearly is called astuteness. The capacity to tell apart similar things, to name them and claim them.
